Not happy? We'll refund you — no questions asked — within 7 days of your first payment.

## How to Request a Refund

1. Go to [app.atamai.ai/dashboard/settings](https://app.atamai.ai/dashboard/settings)
2. Scroll to the **Billing** section
3. Click **Request Refund**

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

## Eligibility

* Must be within 7 days of your first charge
* One refund per customer
* Annual plans: refunded pro-rata for unused months
