Credits

Credits are the unit of AI usage on AtamaiAgents. 1 credit = 100 tokens Tokens are consumed every time your agent sends or receives a message to an AI model.

Monitoring Usage

Your dashboard shows real-time credit usage with a color-coded progress bar:
  • 🟢 Green — under 70% used
  • 🟡 Yellow — 70–90% used
  • 🔴 Red — over 90% used
When you hit 100%, your agent will stop responding until the next billing cycle resets your credits.

What Uses Credits

Credit Resets

Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle (monthly, on your signup date). Unused credits do not roll over.

Running Out of Credits

If you run out mid-month, you have two options:
  1. Upgrade your plan for more credits immediately
  2. Wait for reset — credits refill automatically on your next billing date
Agents stop responding when credits hit 0 but retain all configuration and data.
