How to Request a Refund

  1. Go to app.atamai.ai/dashboard/settings
  2. Scroll to the Billing section
  3. Click Request Refund
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Eligibility

  • Must be within 7 days of your first charge
  • One refund per customer
  • Annual plans: refunded pro-rata for unused months
