Subdomains

Every agent on AtamaiAgents gets a permanent custom subdomain at yourname.atamai.ai.

Claiming Your Subdomain

After deploying an agent, you’ll be prompted to choose a subdomain:
  1. Go to Agent → Settings → Subdomain
  2. Enter your desired name (letters, numbers, hyphens only)
  3. Click Claim — it’s yours permanently

Rules

  • Permanent once set — subdomains cannot be transferred or changed after claiming
  • Globally unique — first-come, first-served across all AtamaiAgents users
  • Lowercase only — myagent.atamai.ai, not MyAgent.atamai.ai
  • 3–32 characters — must be between 3 and 32 characters
  • No leading/trailing hyphens

What the Subdomain Does

Your name.atamai.ai subdomain serves:
  • Web chat interface — anyone can chat with your agent at this URL
  • API endpoint — for programmatic access via the AtamaiAgents API
  • Shareable link — share with your team or embed in your docs

Multiple Agents

Each agent gets its own subdomain. On Pro and Ultimate plans, you can run multiple agents simultaneously, each at their own URL.

Custom Domains (Coming Soon)

Support for fully custom domains (e.g. agent.yourcompany.com) is on the roadmap for the Ultimate plan. Join the waitlist to be notified when it launches.
